Local & Seasonal Cooking Classes

Sustenance offers in-home cooking classes where students learn how to cook with local, sustainable foods that are in season using classic technique. Classes are designed around the preferences of the students. Classes are 2 to 3 hours and end in a completed menu or meal. Student will receive recipes and list of local farms and food sources for their menu.
